How I work
Diagnose. Build. Hold. Leave.
Longer engagements aren't a separate service — they're the phases after the diagnosis, scoped from it, and they can only be bought through it.
Phase 1
Read & Align
The diagnostic. The only door in.
Phase 2
Build
I stay in and execute: the systems get built, the teams get cross-functional, the thing ships. I'm not managing — I'm building the runway so you can fly without me.
Phase 3
Hold
The system gets stress-tested against reality. I catch what breaks, adapt what needs to evolve, and set up the next roadmap. Then I leave. By design — that was always the goal.
Phase 4
On Call
The team keeps a line to me — to keep getting better, or to pull me back in when the next big thing needs the cycle again.
What I am vs. what you might think
| What you might think | What I really am |
|---|---|
| A part-time specialist juggling clients | A dedicated consultant focused fully on your priorities |
| A hands-off advisor who leaves a report | An embedded partner driving day-to-day progress alongside your team |
| An outside consultant who sees part of the picture | The person who reads the whole system — product, people, process |
| Someone you'll have to manage | Someone who builds the machine that keeps running after I'm gone |
