What happens: I embed with your team for 30–45 days. I talk to everyone — leadership, the people doing the work, the people caught in between. I map the whole system. The diagnosis itself usually lands in the first two weeks; the rest is getting everyone to agree on it and making the fix stick.

- The diagnosis. Where the system is actually broken, in plain language, with the evidence. Usually it's not where you think — that's exactly why you're stuck.
- The roadmap. What to do about it, in what order, and who owns what.
- The alignment infrastructure. The operating cadence, the shared source of truth, the decision paths — installed and running, not recommended in a deck. This is the moment your team exhales.
